Previously, Testa was Chairman of the Board of Enel S.p.A., Italy’s largest electricity company, where he oversaw its privatisation and the creation of Wind, one of Italy’s leading telecommunications operators. He also served as Chairman of ACEA, Rome’s electricity and water utility company. Throughout his career, Testa has been involved in pioneering efforts in renewable energy, including hydroelectric and solar projects through his work with E.V.A. – Energie Valsabbia.
