Claire held the position of Deputy Team Principal at Williams Racing for over seven years, during which she led the team to its best racing performance since 2003. She began her career at Silverstone Circuits as a Comms Officer, overseeing the management of the esteemed Silverstone Circuit's bustling press office. Subsequently, Claire joined the Williams Formula 1 racing team as a Press Officer and quickly advanced to the role of Head of Communications in 2010. In 2011, she assumed the responsibility of Head of Investor Relations after the company went public, eventually transitioning into the role of Commercial Director. In recognition of her contributions to Formula One, Claire was honoured with an OBE in the Queen's 2016 Birthday Honours List.
