Neil Back MBE is one of Rugby's most important ambassadors. Recognised for his incredible dedication for achieving the very best result for his team, he was in the World Cup winning England side in 2003. Quick, powerful and with a far wider range of skill than a typical forward, he played for the Leicester Tigers for 15 years.

Since retiring from the sport, Neil has lent his own expertise and years of experience to a range of different clubs, providing them with his own unique insights into the key to success, boosting team performance and morale with his motivational approach and insightful coaching techniques. He also played for the British and Irish Lions and was named in the 2005 squad. His incredible ability meant that he was the oldest player to ever be named in the side and he played his last top-flight game of international rugby as part of the team, a fitting end to his incredible international career.
