Captain Raghu Raman is currently associated with the Adani Group as a Leadership Consultant and continues to advise national and global leaders on strategy and transformation. He has operated in distinctively different environments of leadership. The authoritarian style within the Armed Forces, an incentive driven style predominant in corporates such as Mahindra and Reliance Industries and the procedure-driven, bureaucratic style in the government. He has founded and led companies as well as complex global JVs. Raghu has also raised a new hybrid organisation within the Government – which had personnel from the government and private sector working together, towards a common mission. He has been a strategic advisor to both national and global level leaders.
