Sabrina's personal journey is one of remarkable resilience, having been homeless at fifteen and rising to become one of the highest-ranking female firefighters in the UK. She currently serves as the National Fire Chief's Council (NFCC) International Lead. Alongside her operational achievements, Sabrina earned a Ph.D. in Psychology from Cardiff University, where her groundbreaking research on decision-making under stress has been widely recognised and applied.
